I've emailed the above mentioned email at least 3 times regarding an issue I have with my licence. So far there's been no answer. This happened to me a couple of months ago when I emailed them at least 10 times!!!!! - no kidding - over two weeks. How can I get a solution to my problem if the support doesn't bother to answer my emails???

I was previously using TweetAdder before they reached an agreement with Twitter and removed all automated tasks from the software. I was then only using it for retweets as these have never worked for me in TweetAttacks. A few weeks ago TweetAdder stopped working because of network!! errors and at the beginning of this month, the following statement was issued declaring that TweetAdder had become COMPLETELY UNAVAILABLE:
Twitter has removed our access on our Twitter API meaning our program can not authenticate users, submit follows, unfollows, tweets, or send direct messages.
We were contacted by Twitter stating users found a way to submit over 200 requests per minute and advised us to alter the program and put checks in place. We asked for an acceptable level so as not to get banned and did not receive any input as to what was acceptable, just to fix it.
We complied and put limiters in place to mirror the speed users can follow and unfollow, same speed as Twitter itself. We advised Twitter of this feeling this must be satisfactory and our API was restored.
Two weeks went by with no issue, until we woke up to an email notifying us we continue to violate this rule and that our API was banned permanently.
We have been in the process of trying to contact the proper channels with no response. We highly disagree with our API being suspended and have never received another response.
Regretfully, due to this, the TweetAdder software is no longer available and no future billing will take place.

Now I have a feeling this is the same issue with TweetAttacks as NOTHING works: retweets, follow, unfollow - absolutely nothing! Please TAP representatives - can we ever expect the software to work again?

I keep ketting the network error when I check my Twitter accounts in TAP. I've tried setting the proxies and my accounts work fine when I log in to them manually. How do I fix this issue?

After updating TAP to the newest version I'm unable to access it as it tells me my licence is invalid. This is not the case as I bought a lifetime licence.
