Cannot login to Whitehatbox-Tool

Operating System Bit:64bit

Software Version:SpinnerCHief 4

I can login to my account, but my password and name are not accepted from the downloadtool. How can I access my downloads?

Ok. Found the problem. I used it via Parallels and used the setup "use Mac Browser". This does not work with whitehatbox.
