I've been dealing with an inactive bot for about a week now. It's slowing down my business.
Everytime the debug window appears, and it types in the email i get a "Can't find controls" GET ERROR message and it fails.
If not fixed in the next couple of days I will be asking for a refund. This is inconvenient and unprofessional

Are you referring to Gmail or anything else? Did you fill in the data correctly? Can you give us more details?
Update to the latest version(PVA v2.7.0), please.
You can re-run PVA or click the WhbPack application in the software directoty to update the software to the latest version and try again.
I have the same problem since weeks for PVA creator spotify premium
All seems to be fine, but it failed after filling out the form before the captcha .
"Did not find the controls" OR "Bad End. Message: Solve Captcha failed"
He did not even try to start captcha - and if I look into my 2Captcha account it tells me that captchas have been submitted.
Please help. Working on version 2.7.1
By the way: I have this kind of problems again and again. suddenly it's working (with same data, sometimes after version update) and after some days I get in trouble again.

May I know how many funds is in your 2captcha account?
You can update to the latest version(PVA v2.7.2) and try again.

Yes, sure- Fund is 21.73$ - enough.
For sure I updated to 2.7.2 meanwhile - same error.
Today there was an update to V 2.7.3 and I can tell you that it's working now.
BUT I can tell you that in a few days I will have the same problem again!
It's working for a few days and then NOT working for weeks....
