Message I get:

I created another account and it worked however it was a free account. I paid for an Ultimate account though.
I think this may deal with the username I chose. Your system may not like email addresses. Can I change my User to chambersroy to see if that will work. Your system doesn't allow me to change it.
Will I be able to use this API any time soon? Please help
